That’s why we offer up to three rounds of major revisions and five minor ones for each of our design projects, whether it’s for logo, mascot, or web design. This ensures that you have the opportunity to provide feedback and see your vision come to life precisely as you imagined. Should you need more revisions beyond the initial three, we can accommodate additional requests for a small fee. Our primary goal is your complete satisfaction with the final product.

We are committed to ensuring our clients are fully satisfied with the work we deliver. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with the final product, we encourage you to take advantage of our revision process, where we will make adjustments to meet your expectations. While we do not typically offer refunds once work has begun due to the time and resources invested in each project, we promise to work closely with you through revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. Should there be any concerns at the outset, we invite open dialogue to resolve any issues promptly and effectively.

Upon completion of the project and after full payment has been received, the copyright of the final design will be transferred to you. This means you will own the copyright and have the exclusive rights to use, reproduce, and modify the design as you see fit for your brand or personal use. As a boutique design studio, we retain the right to display the design in our portfolio and marketing materials as examples of our work, unless a specific agreement is made otherwise. Rest assured, ensuring your legal ownership of the design is a priority for us, and we will provide all necessary documentation to confirm this transfer of rights.

If required, we are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any information is shared or discussions begin. Throughout the project lifecycle, from initial consultations to the final delivery, we ensure that all communications and files are handled with the utmost discretion.
